How it all started
I have always had a place in my heart for all animals, domestic or wild. I am so lucky to have had the opportunities to interact with so many different and unique species and learn to love their varied personalities and quirks. I was (and still am) that girl who would ask every dog owner walking by if I could pet their dog, and always enjoyed watching the creatures in nature around me. Once I was of responsible age, a little over 10 years old, I started my own dog walking and pet sitting “business” with my next door neighbor to help out family, friends, and neighbors for fun as I loved meeting and spending time with my community furry friends. Now, about a decade later, I am incredibly proud to say I have started my own company!
My Story
I started pet sitting/ dog walking professionally under a company in 2022 and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It was the most exciting and fulfilling “job” and I was overjoyed with all amazing animals I got to bond with. I say “job” because it hardly felt like work to me most of the time! I got to spend my time with fabulous furry (and non-furry!) friends and making everlasting memories with each one. I eagerly wanted to further my growth in the pet care industry for even more experiences and the opportunity to work for myself, which then lead me here! I have my own LLC established and am licensed, insured & bonded.
As natural as taking care of animals comes to me, I strive to be as knowledgeable as possible in the pet world, especially in medical and emergency situations, so I have taken several training courses including Pet Safety and CPR Certification, and have additional experience administering medication, fluids, and injections, to be sure I am fully equipped for any scenario.
My Vision
As a fellow pet mom, I strive to provide the quality, assurance and commitment of care that I would want for my own beloved babies. I can ensure that your pet or pets will receive only the most exemplary care and you will never have a worry in the world about how they are doing. I like to think they are having their own “staycation” with the fun babysitter who will spoil them unconditionally and let them have all the fun they want (while still following their parents rules, of course ;). I stay connected via text, email, and regular journal updates to ensure you always know on how your loved ones are doing!
I have cared for young puppies and kittens to seniors who require extra assistance and medical care, as well as very shy and nervous animals who need extra reassurance and patience. I am willing to work as best I can with them and always go the extra mile to acknowledge every animal’s individual needs and deliver quality, trusting care so they feel secure and safe.
